John Ward Design commenced operations in 1989 from a shed in his backyard - recovering and repairing a wide variety of upholstery and furniture to get the business going.

With over 40 years experience John Ward has continued to expand offering a diverse range of upholstery and furniture manufacturing services to an ever-increasing client base.

John's client list reads like a who's who of five star resorts and exclusive private clubs.  Constant demand for his quality work has seen John's work in coffee shops, restaurants (including a number of the Lone Star Restaurant Chain) as well as the Sheraton Hotel.  John even designed and manufactured furniture for the set of Kylie Monigue's movie Street Fighter.

John also has quite a following of repeat private clients because of his outstanding reputation of authentic antique restoration work.
